Many of these parts come from the acclaimed M. E. Crick collection purchased by our Parent Company, King's Chandelier Services Ltd.

Restoring and refurbishing your chandeliers using authentic parts allows your chandelier to retain both it's integrity and historical value.  Using reproduction parts may reduce the value of the chandelier as it will not then be authentic.

Lifetime Discount Scheme for Light-Fix Customers

Everyone likes to be appreciated and to know their custom is valued and so to show our customers, new and old, our appreciation we have launched a Lifetime Discount Scheme.

Our discounts do not have an expiry date, once you have achieved a qualifying spend threshold the discount will automatically be applied to your order and each order thereafter – all the customer needs to do is ensure that they use the same email address when placing orders with us as the email address is automatically monitored to calculate the accrued spend.*

Discounts will be applied to a customer account when the accrued qualifying spend, excluding carriage, reaches £150.00 and has three tiers in total with the discount increasing at each new threshold.

The frequency of ordering does not matter as the system will remember you and you will receive an email confirmation when you reach a new discount level.  Please note refunds and partial refunds will be deducted from the accrued spend as appropriate.

The discount scheme is available to all customers using the website or placing orders by telephone and  is not limited to UK customers only, as a thank you for their continued custom.

Christmas Posting Dates

As Christmas is rapidly approaching customers have been contacting us to enquire about our Christmas posting dates.

Royal Mail have advised their last recommended dates for the various postage services and full details are available on the link below but a brief summary is shown below:-

* Second class Royal Mail advise Wednesday 20th December as the last postage day for them to be able to deliver before Christmas

* First Class Royal Mail advise that Thursday 21st December is the last postage day for them to be able to delivery before Christmas.

Special Delivery Royal Mail advise the last posting day is Thursday 21st December.

*Our standard service is second class if you require your order before Christmas please telephone us on 01206332938 to upgrade your order to First Class Recorded where we can give you an individual quote dependant on items ordered.
