Lifetime Discount Scheme for Light-Fix Customers

Everyone likes to be appreciated and to know their custom is valued and so to show our customers, new and old, our appreciation we have launched a Lifetime Discount Scheme.

Our discounts do not have an expiry date, once you have achieved a qualifying spend threshold the discount will automatically be applied to your order and each order thereafter – all the customer needs to do is ensure that they use the same email address when placing orders with us as the email address is automatically monitored to calculate the accrued spend.*

Discounts will be applied to a customer account when the accrued qualifying spend, excluding carriage, reaches £150.00 and has three tiers in total with the discount increasing at each new threshold.

The frequency of ordering does not matter as the system will remember you and you will receive an email confirmation when you reach a new discount level.  Please note refunds and partial refunds will be deducted from the accrued spend as appropriate.

The discount scheme is available to all customers using the website or placing orders by telephone and  is not limited to UK customers only, as a thank you for their continued custom.

Please do not hesitate to contact us for further details or to place an order.

*If you change your email address you can update this in your account or alternatively you can contact us so we can update it for you.

Light-Fix.co.uk

If you follow us on facebook you may have seen our recent post advising that whilst our Ebay shop is closed our websites are open as usual, this remains the case.

We have been busy adding new stock to our website www.light-fix.co.uk  including some exciting new finishes, re-introduction of some old favourites and some exclusive items.

Our light switch cover conversion plates are now back in stock and selling as well as ever, a quick and easy update to your décor in time for Christmas.

It is not only the products that are being updated and added to on the website, postage options have been introduced on orders placed by telephone and as this seems to be very popular we are looking to include this on the website in the coming months.  If you wish to place an order but require it by a specific date don't hesitate to call us, if we cannot take your call leave us a message and we will get back to you as soon as we can.  As we approach Christmas the times the telephone sales lines are open are being extended.

We know how important it is to customers to know that they are purchasing from a trusted company and so the product review process has been made easier.

Did you know that if you register as a customer not only does it mean that our system remembers your details to make it quicker for you to place future orders but it also allows us to see those customers who have purchased on a regular basis allowing us to on occasion add a sample to your order based on your purchase history.

As always we endeavour to provide a shopping experience that gives the convenience of buying online with the assurance that personal customer service is provided and if you need to contact us we are more than happy to speak to you and assist.
